unorthodoxops offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases — memberships, 1:1 coaching plans and one-time digital programs. If the training isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us through the contact page and we'll help you get it sorted. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Subscriptions
Memberships and coaching plans renew monthly. You can cancel at any time — cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refund requests on renewals are handled under the same 30-day guarantee.
