Terms & Conditions

Last updated 5 August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Unorthodox Ops website, training programs, memberships, digital products and coaching services (the "Service"). The Service is provided by unorthodoxops ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with unorthodoxops.

2. Acceptance

By accessing the site, creating an account or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use after we update these Terms means you accept the updated version. You confirm you are of legal age to contract and, where you act for an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

3. What we provide — 100% digital

Unorthodox Ops is an entirely digital service. We provide online strength and conditioning programming, nutrition guidance, mental-resilience tools, digital memberships and remote online coaching. Everything is delivered through this website, email and remote video calls.

We do not sell, ship or supply any physical goods, equipment, apparel or supplements, and all training is provided online through our AI-integrated platform. Any equipment mentioned in a program is equipment you already own or source yourself. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial training within the plan you purchased.

4. Health disclaimer — not medical advice

Our content is general fitness and wellbeing information, not medical, psychological or nutritional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting any training or nutrition program, and stop if you feel unwell. Training carries risk of injury and you participate at your own risk. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or call/text 988 (US).

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam or harassment;
  • infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property rights;
  • share, resell, redistribute or publish program content or coaching materials;
  • interfere with security — no malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or circumventing technical limits;
  • share account credentials or allow others to use your access.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including programming, written content, video, branding and software. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Payment, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Memberships and coaching plans renew monthly until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for our money-back guarantee.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. On termination your access ends; you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not permit exclusion. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use or breach of these Terms.

11. General

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which unorthodoxops is established, and disputes will be heard by its courts.

12. Contact
